The cottage is right off the High Street through an entrance door (200 X 72 cm) with a stone slabbed path leading to the front door (fully lit at night) of the house and there is adequate car parking right outside the main gate on the High Street.

The pathway leads to an open area with grass and slabs and then leads directly to the door (185 X 70 cm) which has a small ramp on either side. This leads into a Living Room (25 sq metres). The front door entrance has a set of thick curtains which are pulled normally to keep out any potential drafts. In the living room there are two (2) leather 2 seat sofas and two (2) side tables (90 cm) with lamps. There is also a gas fireplace (120 X 120 cm) with a protective barrier for children. There is also a 32" inch HD TV with freeview and DVD and VHS player. There is also a stereo system with hidden speakers behind the TV and one of the sofas. There is a large period window (150 X 120 cm) overlooking the front garden. There are special thick curtains on either side to keep out the cold in winter.

The other door (200 X 72 cm) leading from the Living Room, leads into a small hallway (1su meter) with a downstairs toilet room with basin, the door height is 185 X 70cm. Off the hallway there is a kitchen door (200 X 72 cm) a very large (6sq metre) beige tiled kitchen. The new granite work surfaces which fold around in a "U" shape are 90cm in height with plenty of worktop sockets and a sink, drainer and Hob fitted into the worktop. There is a fitted front loading washer dryer, dishwasher and new style range of ovens with two ovens at (50-80 cm) and (18-42 cm). The fridge and freezer are situated beside the two ovens with the freezer being on the bottom and the fridge being on the top. The size of both the fridge and freezer are 180 X 70cm. At the other side of the kitchen there is a high breakfast table 120cm with 3 stools. The lighting is adjustable. We also have a microwave, kettle and 15"inch TV in the kitchen.

Through the kitchen (no door, space: 200X72 cm) there is a large dining room (5.5 sq metres) with an 8 seat antique table and chairs. There is a large set of French doors (200X120 cm) leading from the dining room to the front garden.

Going back through the kitchen to the small hallway, it then leads to the 12 stairs (with a railing & stairs 35 degrees) to the second floor. At the top of the stairs there is small sitting area (1.5sq metres). Off the sitting area is a door (185 X 70 cm) leading to the en-suite bathroom with a brand new toilet, shower/bath, heated towel racks and a 150 X 90cm mirror. 90cm high worktop with sink and a large storage area for towels, hand towels and bath mats. 8 down lights ceiling lights (very bright) which assists in visibility. There are sunken lights in every room of the house. A small ramp/step (4 cm) leads into the bathroom (with contrasting flooring) where there is a 1.5m roll top bath (58 cm), a corner (800mm) thermostatically limited power shower with double sliding doors (45 cm) with large grab handles and a non slip solid shower tray, a sink (80 cm) and a "comfort" hi level toilet (48 cm). There is one incorporating an extractor fan and a shaver socket.

Moving from the en-suite there is a long 4 door walk in closet 400 X 200 cm). At the end of that corridor there is the main bedroom (15sq metres) with a antique set of 4 drawers (120X80 cm), 2 side tables with lamps and a UK King size bed. There is also a large window behind the bed (150X90 cm) looking over the front garden. There are multiple sockets in all of the bedrooms. Electric blankets are available by request. Leaving the main bedroom and walking through the walk in closet there is a smaller bedroom (12 sq metres) with a double bed, closet with mirror and a set of 4 drawers (120X80 cm), which houses a 15" inch TV. The window (180 X 120 cm) also looks over the front garden and is above the kitchen. The third and last bedroom is 10sq metres and has a single bed and small closet (180X120) with a mirror and drawers within the closet to a height of 90cm. There is also a side tables (30 cm) with lamp. The window (120 X 80 cm) is opposite the bed and looks over the front garden above the living room. There are night lights in all of the rooms. Electric blankets are available by request.

There are smoke detectors in the living room and at the head of the stairs, and the combined smoke/carbon monoxide detector at the foot of the stairs issues both an alarm and a spoken command of the threat and to evacuate.

There is a telephone landline that receives incoming calls and by arrangement can be used for outgoing calls. All mobile networks work at the cottage, but Vodafone and Orange in our experience have complete reliability.

Medical contact details are in guide to house; a GP and first response system and small A&E hospital operates in Moreton-In-Marsh (1/2 mile from house). The local shops and Supermarket (Budgens is only 1/2 a mile away). Assistance dogs are welcome.
